The same assistant, three trades
A chatbot has one script. An assistant built around your business has your questions, in your order, and knows what to do with the answers. Here is the same product doing three jobs that have nothing in common.
Every name, number and company below is invented. We do not put a client’s data on a website.
Three trades, one point
Every one of those threads ends with a record, a booking or a number that asked to hear from you. That is the difference between a chatbot and a system.
Somebody types a company name into a chat at ten to ten at night. The assistant goes to Companies House, comes back with the number, the incorporation date, what the company actually does, whether it is still active — and the other company the same person is a director of.
Then it asks about that one too. Nobody rekeys anything, nobody looks it up in the morning, and the application that reaches an underwriter at nine o’clock is already checked. The same trick works against your policy system, your stock, your diary or your price list — anything that can answer a question can be asked one.
